Online Appointments

PLEASE READ THESE STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SCHEDULING:

1. Choose the location you prefer by clicking on the corresponding button below and follow the steps.

2. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from EYEPEGASUS with a link and login credentials for our Patient Portal. (Please check the spam or promotions folders for it)

3. Log in to the patient portal prior to your appointment using the included credentials and do the following:

A. Click “My appointments” -> Future Appointments-> click “check-in” to complete the necessary new patient information (if you are an established patient, please update your existing information within the portal).

B. If you are using insurance for your visit, please click “insurance” and input both your MEDICAL and VISION insurance information prior to your appointment. This is very important to ensure you do not get billed as a private payor on the day of the appointment.

4. Finally, please reply to the confirmation text, email or voicemail prior to your appointment to avoid a no-show fee.
